Understanding Organizational Behavior is very important for those in the workplace.
That being said, there are two camps regarding the STUDY of Organizational behavior. There are those who think it is an important area of study that can be taught -- and there are those who think that it is a "soft subject" that is a worthless area of study.
I only took one OB class as an MBA student -- and found it to be less than worthless. I can find you dozens of people who agree with me -- and just as many who disagree.
