How ability directly influences an employee’s level of performance and satisfaction

Given management‘s desire to get a compatible fit, what can be done?

- analyze your employees abilities and give him a task that suits his abilities to improve the chances of that "fit"
- put him in a group with employees more compatible with that task to foster a learning and coaching environment
- I also find that holding round table discussions focused on specific topics relating to the difficulties of the task and hearing and considering everyone's opinion on how to overcome them helps with those tasks and it builds teamwork skills amongst employees that might otherwise never see each other.
